Below are our generic terms and conditions. Please note: the Terms and Conditions stated here will apply when engaging bba.media services, whether through the issue and acceptance of a formal bba.media contract requested by the client, and/or evidenced through agreements and understandings in correspondence.
Terms and conditions
- Those requesting services (the client) agree to pay bba.media for provision of resources and crew as detailed in an issued contract or as agreed in relevant correspondence.
- The named client has authority to commission this work on behalf of any ‘organisation/individual’ who shall be meeting the stated fee.
- The client agrees to pay bba.media on request within 30-days of work being carried out, or meet a 2% day cumulative surcharge.
- The client agrees to provide services for a safe working environment including security, health & safety, hygiene, welfare, crowd control and equipment safety and compliance.
- The client agrees to provide an appropriate safe power supply, protected cable routes.
- The client agrees to provide, on request, risk assessments not covered by BBA’s activity risk assessments.
- The client will ensure appropriate insurances are in place for both personnel and equipment associated with our engagement.
- Unless otherwise stated any audio or video material captured by bba.media remains in the ownership of the client. BBA do not copy/archive material unless otherwise agreed.
- With the clients permission, bba.media may use captured material or event photographs for its own promotional activities.
- The client is solely responsible for seeking appropriate copyright permissions and fielding any actions taken in respect of copyright breach during or after broadcasts/recordings.
- The client will provide appropriate security access/passes to allow bba.media to carry out it’s tasks.
- The client shall seek any appropriate permissions for compliance with safeguarding policies (children & vulnerable adults) in connection with the requested broadcast/filming activities.
- Unless otherwise stated in correspondence, contract agreements may only be cancelled with the following penalty: <15 days prior to the first event date: no fee. <= 14 days prior to the first event date: 50% of the stated fee. <= 7 days prior to the first event date: 100% of the stated fee.
